I am banned on the server CLUBBFG.COM why??

Hi, me and my son play Cultris a lot. At this moment we are banned, I do not understand why? Who do I need to contact to be allowed to play again?

We have no control over who gets banned on non-official servers. Your best bet is to search contact information on http://clubbfg.com or to play on another server.
