This looks like the recording would slow down Cultris 2. You can use F8 to show framerate.

It DOES slow down cultris. For which setting do I have to look at the recording program??

I am no Linux user, so I don't really know. Judging from those screenshots, you use a good recording program.
OpenGL/Direct3D can be recorded much faster than pixel by pixel, so try to check Record OpenGL.
The codec is also important. Codecs can reduce file size (thus less time needed writing this file), but encoding can also consume much CPU power. From my experience, Mpeg4/Xvid is a good codec. Use superfast preset.
Recording a smaller window will always improve performance. It seems you can also reduce the video output size (e.g. you record a 1280 x 720 window, but video is 640 x 360 pixels).

Seems I did nothing wrong except the window size and the openGL recording.
Thanks,trying it.
EDIT: I tried the OpenGL option,it ended in a broken file.

Uhm, some dumb questions concerning the video title: Who took revenge? Who is your enemy?
