apart from that, the general hints:

learn downstacking -> by playing survivor, challenges, watching better players play

gain speed -> 40 lines, speed-training, ...

try to always play better players, you learn a lot from those

If I remember correctly, you're rotating in only one direction. That's the first thing I would fix.

You're pretty fast, so you aren't doing much wrong.

Jtadore uses the same system, so it's OK. It's just that your right hand is double as busy as your left hand (I assume your left hand just preforms hard drop and soft drop).
